candied orange rind

1/2 c 3×1/8- inch orange rind strips
1/2 c water
1/4 c sugar

In a small skillet, heat orange rind, water, and sugar to boiling. Cook 5 minutes. With slotted spoon, remove rind to waxed paper to cool.
