It is 10:42 am and it is only 49 degrees here right now. Brrrr!! But it did not freeze last night, so my hibiscus should still be okay. Yes I now have a hibiscus! While Sarah and Mike were still in Colorado, Dad and I were at Home Depot for something, and saw these nice large hibiscus bushes for less than $9. Unbelievable! So I selected one with beautiful coral red flowers six inches in diameter if it was an inch, and brought it home, and repotted it. I love hibiscus! I was practicing with the different settings on my camera when I took these pictures.
I am truly loving my macro lens feature on my new camera!
My hibiscus is now on my front porch, but when the cold front is over I want to move it somewhere in the sun.
I am thrilled because I have been wanting a hibiscus since we moved here!
