Proverbs 17:22
One of my pastors used to say, if there is a problem in the natural, fix it in the spiritual. In other words, there are often spiritual roots and causes for natural circumstances, and no where is this more evident than in physical health. The Lord often uses physical symptoms I am dealing with to point to deeper root issues, as He has this week. Dry bones? Look for a broken spirit. Teeth trouble? Look for shame or envy. Heart trouble? Look for a broken heart. Skin rashes or allergies? Look for a toxic overload of negative or lying thoughts or feelings. Upset tummy? Look for fear, worry, or nervousness. A sound heart is life to the body! ♥
