1 T apple cider vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 T raw honey or unfiltered molasses
The apple cider vinegar, to get the benefit, should be unpasteurized unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the “mother” in the bottle, available at natural food stores. Add to 16 oz filtered water three times daily, and drink on an empty stomach before meals, to help detox the body. Add to 8 oz almost boiling water and drink hot to help relieve sore throat.
