2 lbs ground beef
1 c parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1 egg
1/2 c water
That’s it – a list of ingredients. The Millers do not use recipes – now we know where Dad gets it from! Add everything to taste to your ground beef, mix and let set overnight. Then form into uniform size meatballs, brown and cook through. Serve with Italian meatsauce and spaghetti. Aunt Anne got this recipe from a well- known Italian market in New York.
10/15/10 Update: I used a standard meatball recipe to add quantities. Feel free to adjust to suit your own taste.
