3 lbs country style beef ribs
several lemons and onions, sliced paper thin
1 c ketchup
1/3 c worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
2 c water
Preheat oven to 425. Set ribs in large baking dish; place thin slices of lemon and onion on each rib. Cover pan; bake in oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the ketchup, worcestershire, and chili powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the sauce over the ribs. Reduce the heat to 325, recover, and bake 4 hours, basting each hour. The sauce will thicken.
