1 egg, beaten
kosher salt
caraway seeds
roast beef, sliced thin
au jus
horseradish
mayonnaise
Brush kaiser rolls with egg wash. Sprinkle rolls with coarse salt and caraway seeds. Bake in 350 oven for 5-10 minutes until hot. Heat roast beef in au jus until hot. Combine horseradish with mayonnaise to taste. To assemble sandwiches: split rolls, brush with horseradish mayonnaise, and pile with roast beef. These sandwiches are traditional where Dave is from!
