first amendment defense act

It is seriously sad that we have to pass a second law to defend the first amendment (Broken link, active August 28, 2015), when the first law defending the first amendment – THE FIRST AMENDMENT – is already in the Constitution. What we really need is prosecutions for anyone trying to undermine the Constitution including its amendments. Don’t Presidents, and Congressmen and Supreme Court Justices have to swear an oath to uphold the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic? Prosecute all those who prosecute people for the free exercise of speech and the free exercise of religion!
