2 lbs ground lamb or turkey
1 small zuchinni, finely grated
2 tsp ground celery seed
2 tsp ground caraway seed
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
pinch of grated lemon peel
Mix all the ingredients together well. Wrap and freeze, or use immediately. One pound of the ground pork can be replaced with one pound of ground beef or veal, which is traditional.
