1 chicken, cut up
3 T olive oil
3 T butter
1/2 c honey
1/4 c prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
Brown chicken in hot oil and butter in skillet. Place chicken in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour mustard sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice.
