Isa 60 chiastic structure:

1a) Isa 60:1-3, Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you;

1b) Isa 60:1b, And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you;
central axis) Isa 60:2a, For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people;
2b) Isa 60:2b-3, But the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you;
2a) Isa 60:,3 The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising;
