Even in the JPS, “Redeemer” is capitalized, indicating that the Redeemer referred to is God, and He shall arise up and stand on the dust. “Dust” is meant, Strong’s H6083, aphar, as in, God formed man of the dust of the earth; and not “earth” more commonly rendered from Strong’s H776, eretz, as in, In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. It matters that it is dust, because it is to dust that men return when they die, so that Job is prophetically speaking of the resurrection of the Redeemer.
Psalm 15, Dwelling in His tabernacle

He who has settled into the place of YHVH’s dwelling and presence, as a permanent home, is he who shall not be moved; his days of moving from place to place to find sustenance or shelter are behind him. Moreover, his foot shall not slip nor his confidence be shaken. Notice it is the one who does, and does not, that dwells with YHVH. Genetics, ethnicity, upbringing, and social status has nothing to do with it.
Matthew 11, Disciples commissioned to do His works
Additional studies: Matthew Index
To be a disciple of Yeshua is to receive His yoke, His lamed (the shepherd’s staff, used to guide and direct the sheep to green pastures and still waters … the Hebrew verb means “to learn”), upon our shoulders, which is easy and light, and so find rest for our souls. When we receive His yoke, then it becomes easy and light, and not burdensome, to do His works, as He has commissioned us to do.
