1 recipe Italian meatsauce
1 lb mozarella cheese, grated
6 oz parmesan cheese, grated
16 oz ricotta cheese
8 oz lasagne noodles
Combine the cheeses; boil the noodles to al dente, and drain. In a greased 9 x 13″ pan, ladle a little bit of the sauce into the pan, and spread evenly. Then top with the lasagne noodles, sauce, cheese, then noodles, sauce, and cheese. Finish with a very thin layer of sauce. Bake in a 375 degree oven for one hour. Ten minutes before the lasagne is finished, sprinkle with a layer of parmesan cheese. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Gluten restrictions: use lasagne noodles made from rice instead of regular lasagne noodles. These noodles do not require pre-cooking; layer them in the lasagne dry. They absorb moisture from the sauce and are completely cooked when the lasagne is removed from the oven.
