Read Leviticus 7 at Bible Gateway.
Leviticus 7:38 ends the instruction in the Law of the Sacrifices. These first seven chapters resolve into a Chiastic Structure with an unusual central axis.
At the heart of all the Law of the Sacrifices is “YHVH spoke to Moses.”
Why This Matters: What did YHVH speak, but His word, which proceeded from His heart (Mat 12:34). His Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth (Joh 1:14). The heart of the Law of the Sacrifices is Messiah, who became flesh in order to be offered up as a sacrifice according to the Law of the Sacrifices.
“For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me, for he wrote about Me.” – Yeshua (Joh 5:46)
