Luk 21:25-36 chiastic structure:
1a.1) Luk 21:25-26, The things that will come to pass: signs, distress, fear;
1a) Luk 21:25a, And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars;
1b) Luk 21:25b, And on the earth distress of nations;
1c) Luk 21:25c, With perplexity;

2c) Luk 21:26a, Men’s hearts failing them from fear;
2b) Luk 21:26b, And the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth;

1b) Luk 21:28-31, When you see these things, learn from the fig tree, for the kingdom of God is near;

2a) Luk 21:31, So also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near;

2a) Luk 21:36a, Watch therefore;
2a.1) Luk 21:36b, Pray that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass;
2a.2) Luk 21:36c, And to stand before the Son of Man.
