Why then, I ask, is this mention of the cloud the central axis of this puzzling Strong Theme that appears to not go together? The cloud descending is bounded by keeping the charge of YHVH. And when I think of keeping YHVH’s charge, I immediately think of this:
“And I will make your descendants multiply as the stars of heaven; I will give to your descendants all these lands; and in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed; because Abraham obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My laws.” Gen 26:4-5

This man, for whom YHVH is his strength, and in whose heart are the highways of the upright, when he passes through the Valley of Baca, he makes it a place of springs. The Valley of Baca means in Hebrew, “the valley of weeping.” Instead of the water coming from the rivers of tears from the sorrow of the people, the water now comes, like rivers of living water, from the goodness and blessing of YHVH upon the people, when a man in whose heart are the highways brings justice, alleviates suffering, supplies the poor and needy with bread, and, just as our Messiah Yeshua, goes about doing good, and healing all the oppressions of the devil.

The resurrection of Yeshua is the firstfruits of the resurrections to follow (vs. 20-22); it took place on the very day of the Feast of Firstfruits, and this was not by accident. YHVH’s annual feast cycle is prophetic and reveals the Messiah. The harvest festivals prophesy of salvation, new life, and resurrection. The first harvest festival is Firstfruits; and the first harvest was Yeshua’s life from the dead!
