Dave and I went to the beach this morning to soak in some sunshine and Vitamin D.

- I really was trying to keep my eyes open but the sun was bright!

- Dave doing good since his pacemaker replacement.
Unfortunately there is Red Tide in the Gulf right now and we couldn’t stay. Hopefully we can get out in the sun tomorrow on rest day!
