Mike and Britt are expecting a little one, about mid November! Now, Mike has been shopping for a house to buy. Housing costs have doubled in the Sarasota area since everyone started moving to Florida last year. I read there are a million new residents per month in Florida. Housing is more expensive here now than it is in Miami. So Mike’s company, Florida Paints, is opening a store in Pensacola, and advertised a sales rep position. Mike applied, since in Pensacola, housing costs are normal. He got the job, and is starting the 3rd week of April. They are moving in one month! They gave him an excellent moving package and bonus (he and another sales rep trade top spots in sales for the state.) Pensacola has all four seasons, unlike Sarasota. They are so happy, and we are happy for them!
