Ezekiel 29 and 30, And Ezekiel’s prophecies concerning Egypt
This prophecy of Ezekiel describes a devastating invasion of Egypt, where the country and cities were ravaged and left desolate for a period of 40 years, and the Egyptians taken captive, with only a small remnant left. I have researched ancient history extensively for my work, and never came across any mention of this historical episode concerning Egypt, so I assumed at first it was a prophecy still to be fulfilled. But then I discovered Displaced Dynasties by Jim Reilly, a four- book examination of ancient and Egyptian history. The entire four books are posted online. Modern historians revise history specifically to cast doubt on biblical history and biblical prophecies. In these last days, God is bringing to light truth again, glorifying Himself and His Word.
