restore to me joy

I find that one of those things that the trials of life can beat out of us, is joy. His joy, which has nothing to do with trials or circumstances. His joy, like His peace, transcends this world and the things of it. So I was reminded today, as long I am asking for things that I normally don’t think to ask for (see yesterday’s post) to ask for His joy to be restored in me. He is generous, and gives good gifts freely, joy being one of those good gifts. I now expect to be joy- bombed LOL. ♥
