This is the Pioneer Woman’s recipe, and they are wonderful. I used a 7 oz box of Bel Gioioso fresh mozzarella, 2 cubes on each skewer. I used pitted kalamata olives from the deli, 1/2 lb boar’s head beef salami sliced very thin (I had tons left over), and a 12 oz jar of reese quartered marinated artichoke hearts, each quarter cut in half. This made 24 skewers. I threaded an olive, a cheese cube, a salami folded into quarters, an artichoke, a cheese cube and an olive on each skewer. Yum!
