1 10-oz pkg chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
1 10-oz pkg artichoke hearts, thawed, thoroughly drained, and minced
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz cream cheese, very soft
1 c mayonnaise
2-1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1 T fresh lemon juice
A dash of cayenne
salt and pepper to taste
Mince the garlic clove, sprinkle with salt, and mash into a paste. Combine all the ingredients and spread into a casserole dish. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, or until the top is beginning to brown and is bubbly. Serve with crackers or unleavened bread.
