3 c turkey, cubed
1/2 c celery, chopped
1/3 c red onion, chopped
1/4 c sliced almonds
dressing
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1 T fresh snipped parsley
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp lemon juice
Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Add the turkey, celery, onion, and almonds, and stir to combine. Add a little freshly-grated pepper and salt to taste. This makes a wonderful lunch served on sandwiches or rolls, or on a bed of salad greens with craisins and a little grated cheese.
