The article states that since the teacher received no [s-x]ual gratification from the incident, no criminal charges have yet been filed. I suppose that since the motivation for the incident seems to have been to humiliate the boy, everything is okay then.
Praise the Lord we have the alternative of homeschooling. I hear these same kinds of stories over and over. No wonder the public schools are losing students left and right!
