6 medium red potatoes
4 eggs
10 oz frozen peas and carrots
4 oz Polish Kielbasa sausage (beef or turkey), diced
2 dill pickes, diced
2 green onions, diced with tops
2 c mayonnaise
1/8 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes until tender, and hard boil the eggs. Chill both. Thaw the peas and carrots. When potatoes and eggs are cold, cube , then combine with the thawed and drained peas and carrots. Add the diced sausage, pickles, and green onions. Blend together the mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper, and mix the dressing well with the potatoes.
