The earliest likely possibility of seeing the new moon with the naked eye is the evening of September 23rd. Even if the new moon is not seen that evening due to poor conditions, since that day is the 30th day of the 6th biblical month, sunset will begin the first day of the 7th month by default regardless. It means September 24th, and October 3rd, 8th, and 15th are all Sabbaths of solemn rest. Happy Feasting!
