YHVH has asked us to do His word, but it is not a one way street – He also obeys His own word, to do it. He will fulfill His word and His promise. He fulfills His word so completely, that the smallest portion of it will not fall to the ground. That’s a Hebrew idiom meaning, not even a single letter will fall through the cracks.
