chili sauce

2 c tomato puree
2/3 c honey
1/2 c white vinegar
4 tsp dried minced onion
4 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer until thickened. Makes 1 pint.
