Exodus 13:1-40:38 Chiastic structure

Read Exodus 13:1-40:38 at Bible Gateway.

The final Torah portion of Exodus is Pekudei, “Countings.” In it, loose ends abound, which delayed me in finding Pekudei‘s stand alone structure. It allowed this amazing second structure for the book of Exodus to come forward (the first structure, from Exo 1-12, is here):

1A) 13:20-19:2 The PILLAR OF CLOUD BY DAY and FIRE BY NIGHT directed Israel on their journey;

1B) 19:3-24:18 The cloud and GLORY OF YHVH COVERED Mount Sinai;
