1/4 small onion
1/4 c water
1/4 c ketchup
1/3 c sugar
2 T red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 c olive oil
In a blender, process all the ingredients except the oil until smooth. While the blender is running, add the oil in a small, steady stream until all incorporated. Refrigerate, but return to room temperature before serving. Makes 1-1/2 c dressing.
