Heb 5:4-6:20 Chiastic Structure (and Expanded Chiasm pdf):
The structure Contrasts, in the C pair, those who receive from God (1C) and those who labor for God (2C). Laborers are receivers too, but they also give out what they receive, and then receive more to give out more. Laborers are a conduit of blessing from God to others. For our promise is, as heirs of the promise made to Abraham, that in blessing God will bless us. When we have labored and ministered, then God does not forget our service.
For whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My name, because you belong to Christ, assuredly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward. Yeshua, in Mar 9:41
Yes, have reverence for the great things with which we have been entrusted, and do not trample them. But fear not, for if you labor in love among the saints, you will not lose your reward.
