When we trust in YHVH and in His mercy, we are not moved. YHVH has made certain promises, and confirmed them as the word of His mouth. Our faith only becomes shipwrecked when we attach our own dates to those promises, and then proclaim Him unfaithful when He works according to His own perfect timing.

Hello, Christine.
Just wondering, how are your daily bible readings chosen?
You have it broken into the Hebrew Testament, Psalm/Proverb, and Greek Testament.
Is that based off of the Parashat in some way? It seems like the Parashat is in Numbers this week.
Thank you.

Hello Stacie,
My daily Bible readings are arranged in such a way as to finish the entire Bible in one year. That makes for about 4 chapters per day. The Hebrew Testament is chronological and is broken in 365 daily readings, the Greek Testament isn’t. The Greek Testament, actually, was easy to configure, as there are 260 chapters in the Greek Testament, and there are 260 readings, 5 days each, in 52 weeks of the year.
