1/3 c butter, soft
4 c powdered sugar
3 T grated orange rind
2-1/2 T orange juice
1-1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 T + 1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c coconut
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and rinds and juices, beating until smooth. Stir in coconut. Makes enough to frost one 4-layer cake.
