What this artist understood, that many of us do not understand, is that neodarwinian evolution is a religion, not a science. For them, the creature is the Creator (Rom 1:20-25). If the Church tells its members that evolution is compatible with the Bible, then guess what? The second abomination that Ezekiel saw is present in the place of God’s worship.
Psalm 123 and 124, Chiastic structure
Additional studies: Psalms, Book Five: Psalms 107-150 Index
Do not miss the central axis: YHVH God is on our side! How do we know that the A pairs, Psa 123:1-2, and Psa 124:8, are matching pairs? Psa 121 tells us they are:
I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help?
My help comes from YHVH, who made heaven and earth. Psa 121:1-2
James 3, Wisdom from above
Additional studies: James Index
But the perfect man does not stumble in his words. “Perfect,” as it is defined biblically, does not mean “flawless” as we often imagine. Instead, think of it as something finished, completed, or arrived at its goal. Thus the mature man is able also to bridle, or rein in, his whole body.
