YHVH’s remedy, is that even though the remnant of Israel had been driven to the nations of the Gentiles, YHVH Himself will be a “little sanctuary” (i.e., temple, or place of His presence) for them in the land of their exile, until the day comes when He will regather them. ♥

Wait a minute Christine, how can you say Psa 126:5-6 in any way relates to returning from the north? Ha ha, I love God’s Word! If we look up Meshech in Hebrew, the name actually means, “a drawing out, as sowing seed in a furrow.” In Psa 120, the exiles were in woe and sorrow, among Meshech (sowing the seed); in Psa 126, the exiles are full of rejoicing, having returned with a harvest!
James 5, Closing admonitions
Additional studies: James Index
Do you notice that all of the admonitions involving judgment have to do with the mouth? Speaking against (Jam 4:11), grumbling against (vs. 9), and swearing (vs. 12), recalling the chapter 3 polemic against the unruly tongue which is set on fire by Hell. So, to avoid an inadvertent sin, let your yes be yes, and your no be no, and set a guard over your mouth; keep the door of your lips (Psa 141:3) to prevent the escape of complaining or disparaging thoughts.
