If menus change, I will update this post and “stick” it back on top. You can also always get to the current week’s edition of this post from the sidebar (click on the :: eat at Mom’s :: link; the current week will be the top post). Normally this post will be updated with the next week’s menu on Saturdays or Sundays.

01.25.06 Update: I had a screaming migraine all day Tuesday, and didn’t cook the goulash as planned. I am perfectly fine today (migraine mystery solved). So the menus for the week have been adjusted.

01.27.06 Update: I spent the day Thursday at Aunt Kellie’s and Grandma’s; I didn’t get home (after finishing Nothing New Press errands) until 5:30 pm. I was tired. I did not cook. I went to bed early. White chili is on the stove simmering as we speak (Friday morning), so Friday is going as planned.

01.28.06 Update: We are having the Thai peanut steak tonight, since we didn’t have it Thursday. I will post the recipe if it turns out — I am substituting fish sauce for the soy sauce the recipe calls for, so we will see. We will have the roast goose one night next week. We have several geese in the freezer now, since Dad has been goose hunting more often this winter.
