12-oz can tomato paste
1/2 c T honey
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp worcestershire sauce
Whisk to combine in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened to the consistency of ketchup. Remove from heat, store in empty, washed ketchup bottle or in a quart mason jar. Makes 3 c ketchup.
