1 Samuel 5:1-7:1 Chiastic Structure:
The structure makes clear, that no one is able to stand before holy YHVH, whether of Israel, or of the pagan nations, or the idols they revere. Even the mountains melt like wax at the presence of YHVH, the Lord of the whole earth (Psa 97:5). … absolutely stand out in stark relief upon the stage of the world’s history, that now there is no more need for the veil separating the world from the ark of the covenant, for the precious blood of Messiah Yeshua has been shed for us, reconciling the world to YHVH, the Lord of the whole earth.
