The way of men is to return wrath for wrath and punishment for wrongs suffered, but the way of God is to return mercy for wrongs suffered. God is so merciful, that He poured His wrath for sin upon Himself, who knew no sin, so that He could spare us who properly deserved His wrath from the force of His wrath, and show us love and mercy instead – as He has done to this day.

How does a person use the weapons of our warfare that have been given to us by God, to pull down strongholds, cast down arguments, and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ? When I was a young mother, the enemy had brought so much oppression to bear against me, that if I didn’t learn these things, I wouldn’t be here today. I did not learn it in one week, one month, or one year, but the Father patiently taught me from trial to trial, and from Scripture to Scripture, as I continued in my daily Bible study. Training to believe and feel truth is linked through to its conclusion, exploring what are strongholds, how to recognize strongholds of belief, whether true or false, and how to pull down the false ones and build up the true ones using the weapons of our warfare.
