1 c butter
4 c powdered sugar
6 c grated coconut
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
Melt butter in a saucepan and remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and coconut and mix well. Shape rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls. Make an indent in center of each ball and place on a sheet of wax paper. Fill centers with melted chocolate. Chill until firm and store in the refrigerator.
