Last day of the detox! Tomorrow I am not going to rush out and eat chocolate and bread, LOL. I do like to try to eat like this all the time, but it sometimes I do not have the time to plan. But tomorrow I do want to continue getting in lots of fresh fruits and veggies every day and the full amount of water also.
Here is today’s menu:
Breakfast: 4 oz homemade breakfast sausage, made with ground turkey, and a veggie and cheese omelet made with 2 eggs. And a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
Check off 4 oz daily protein, daily sulfer rich, and daily citrus.
Snack: yogurt strawberry smoothie.
Check off daily yogurt and 1 of 2 daily fiber rich.
Lunch: cream of potato soup made with 4 oz of turkey kielbasa leftover from the Emeril’s southern greens dish a week ago, and mashed potatoes from last night’s supper. This was so yummy! And 2 c asian slaw on 1/2 c beet greens and 1/2 c baby lettuce.
Check off daily crucifer, 2 of 2 daily fiber rich, and daily dark leafy greens.
Snack: celery sticks and guacamole.
Check off daily liver healer and omega 3 rich fat.
Supper: 4 oz of leftover chicken and a big ole pile of sweet potato fries.
Check off 4 oz daily protein.
