I love this show. I watch it every week if
I can. I cry every week. I cry because of the hardships the families
endure, and I cry because of how deep people dig to help them, and I
cry because of how happy the families are with their new homes. Thanks,
ABC and Disney, for doing something right.

Our family loves this show as well. I think that what they are doing for people is great.

but we don’t anymore. It has gotten too “over the top” with the homes being in the thousands of square feet, even for families of just 4 people. Many of the homes, in my opinion, besides being ridiculously big, are too impractical for the average family.
One show-I think last year-had a wall of t.v.s in the living room so each family member could listen to their own show at the same time (with head phones).
How stupid is that??
Just one more example-one home was so large that it would be impossible to keep it clean or to keep track of your children. I think the family had quintuplets or something like that but the play room, besides being monstrously big, was way upstairs on the second or third floor-I just remember thinking how impractical the house was and the situation of the play room.
I gave the show up after last season although we did watch the first show of this season. It was the same…nothing new or different.
