Gen 41:1-44:17 Chiastic Structure:
The highlight of this entire weak paragraph is the greatness of the father’s love for his son Benjamin. Now all of this narrative is prophetic of Messiah and the gospel of grace, with Joseph as the Prophetic Type for Messiah. However please do not miss that we are in Benjamin’s place in the prophetic type! Oh, the greatness of the love and the mercy of God! We have not comprehended it! ♥
