For the detox diet, include one serving of leafy greens daily: 1 c raw or 1/2 c cooked parsley, kale, watercress, chard, cilantro, collards, escarole, beet, dandelion, or mustard greens.
On days when I cannot get in a salad, I make a green smoothie. These are really good, and I have taken to having them when I am not detoxing as well.
