Genesis 24:64-65, And the return of the King

We have seen that Isaac, as the son of the promise, is a Prophetic Type for Messiah, the Promised Seed. In Gen 24, Abraham (a.k.a. the Father) sends his servant (a.k.a. the Holy Spirit) to search for the bride (a.k.a. the Church) of Isaac (a.k.a. the Promised Seed, the Son). This event occurs after the “death and resurrection” of the Promised Seed in Gen 22. In the end, the Holy Spirit, I mean, the servant, brings the Bride to the Son, as the Son goes out to meet them.
Ezekiel 29 and 30, The devastation of Egypt
Additional studies: Ezekiel Index
This prophecy of Ezekiel describes a devastating invasion of Egypt, where the country and cities were ravaged and left desolate for a period of 40 years, and the Egyptians taken captive, with only a small remnant left. I have researched ancient history extensively for my work, and never came across any mention of this historical episode concerning Egypt, so I assumed at first it was a prophecy still to be fulfilled. But then I discovered Displaced Dynasties by Jim Reilly, a four- book examination of ancient and Egyptian history:

But no matter what tribulation I am experiencing in the world at this moment, it is forever true that it is pleasant to sing praises unto His name. Refocus my attention, the Lord encourages me, off of my troubles, and on to Himself. With my attention focused on Him, I gain proper perspective, and my troubles shrink to their appropriate miniscule size. ♥
