Our nation has been sick, but by the grace of God, its people are waking up, for repentance is sweeping the nation, and many are realizing that, just as Jesus taught us, the Law of God still applies. When we walk in repentance, humility, and wisdom before God and man, YHVH will hear us from heaven, will forgive us our sins, and will heal our land.
Psalm 94, Chiastic structure
Additional studies: Psalms, Book Four: Psalms 90-106 Index
I love this Psalm. In it, we learn that YHVH both instructs and corrects the Gentile nations out of His Torah. If you ever run into the idea that commandment-keeping is for Jews only, or for the land of Israel only, here is your answer. ♥
2 Timothy 2, Chiastic structure
Additional studies: 1 & 2 Timothy Index
This chapter is about the steadfast faithfulness of God, who is able to keep all who are His. That some men are faithless does not change His faithfulness. Therefore Paul encourages Timothy to be a faithful servant as God is a faithful God. This one short chapter is long on wisdom!
