Because He is King, He has the responsibility to command His Torah. And because He is Abba Father who loves His people, His Torah, given with fire, put on flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth. His Law is the Law of Love. And that Love hung on the cross for us, in our place.

The long reign of Manasseh and his son was so full of neglect of YHVH and all His service, that even the priests who served during the reign of Josiah had never seen the Book of the Law before. When they found it and read it to Josiah, they themselves were hearing it also for the first time. Many today are reading the Book of the Law for the first time, with a heart attitude of obedience as YHVH reveals the written Torah to Ephraim and the Living Torah to Judah. This match set to the fuse of revival, I believe, will dwarf every other revival in history, before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Psalm 95, Exhortation to worship

The first half of the psalm is an exhortation to worship, and the second half of the psalm is a plea to not rebel – i.e. to do what the voice of YHVH says when you hear it. That is, when we obey Him, we are offering worship to Him. Worship means more than just singing praises. But true worshippers of God also do what their God is telling them to do! ♥
