Open source media

I found a new news outlet today by way of National Reveiw Online. Open Source Media is the brainchild of Charles Johnson of Little Green Footballs, who is the blogger who first offered proof that 60 Minutes was using faked documents in their Bush National Guard story, in an attempt to manipulate the election outcome last year. Open Source Media links the top news stories of the day to the best columns and blog posts about that news from around the world, providing the balance and fact-correction that the MSM refuses to. Their editorial board contains luminaries from both sides of the political divide. I will be checking in to see how they do.
