Read Psalm 30 at Bible Gateway.
“What profit is there in my blood,
When I go down to the pit?
Will the dust praise You?
Will it declare Your truth?
Hear, O LORD, and have mercy on me;
LORD, be my helper!” Psa 30:9-10
In Psalm 30 we learn that God not only desires the world to know who He is and how great He is, but also that His people should magnify Him for the wonderful things He does. God delivered His servant because the dust does not praise His name, but His servant does, and declares His truth! How much time do we spend magnifying Him who is worthy of all praise, glory, and honor, every day?
