one half a 15-oz. can pumpkin, which is 3/4 c. pumpkin puree
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
2 to 4 T. sugar, to taste, or monkfruit, if sugar-restricted
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3-1/4 c. half and half
Blend together until well-blended. Makes 1 quart creamer.
